This, my friends, is how we roll here, in Québec City when not rushed to go to work. We have brunch at one of our favourite restaurants, the Cochon Dingue at Laurier—a Parisienne style bistro—where they serve up some of the best crepes around. All served with a side order of potatoes, bacon, and yes, that’s Chantilly cream next to my plate!
Oh, and to wash it all down? A Shirley Temple, of course.
