Here is a list of suggested staples for stocking your pantry and freezer during this time of social-distancing and in case of emergency. This list is not complete by any stretch of the imagination, and personal tastes will dictate more or less of certain items. But, as a general rule, it’s helpful to have as many of these items as you can, for flexibility.

FRIDGE ITEMS

  • Eggs

  • Cheeses — I always go with 3 (Brie, Cheddar, Mozzarella)
  • Butter

LONG LASTING FRESH
