Just a quick aside to all the turmoil going on right now, especially as so many people are going to be stuck at home. An online friend and myself, and anyone else who wants to join in, have started a food blog, here: LA DOLCA VITA.
We’re doing simple, straightforward recipes that just about anyone—we hope—will be able to make for themselves, at home. Plus, leftovers can be stored for days in the fridge, or frozen for reheating on another day.
So far there’s just a couple of simple soup recipes up, but more to follow, including quick, filling, hearty desserts.
Anyone for a bit of bread and butter pudding?
